My Brewery Dinner

This dish was prepared by my friend Jim McDougall for the Mildura Brewery Beer dinner.
It was a treat with the Desert Lager. Interestingly, wild peas grow all over Mildura.
Jim also used wood sorrel to garnish a barley and goat cheese risotto to go with my Pilsner.
Wild sorrel is also widely available around our district. It has a sharp edge that cuts through the goat cheese and complements the hops in the Pilsner.
