Olive Oil poached trout with potato, fennel and rocket salad with lemon mayonnaise
Chared grilled Quail with rocket, bocconcini and beetroot relish

Grain fed scotch fillet with garlic butter, chips & salad
Oven baked Chicken supreme with fig & prosciutto sauce, polenta and spinach
